Our Story
It began in November 2022, when a daily habit of testing, learning, and tracking AI’s impact on marketing sparked the creation of a WhatsApp group—spontaneously named Women Love AI Marketing. Started by six friends, incidentally also French marketing pros with strong US experience (Marie, Isa, Anne-Laure, Delphine, Sandra, and Karine), the group grew to include both French 🇫🇷 and American 🇺🇸 women working at the intersection of Marketing and AI. As AI reshaped their careers, the group evolved from casual chats to a formal community—built to connect, share, and grow together.

Meet The Leading Team

Karine Abbou
AI Search & Content Strategist | GEO Instructor I WLAIM Founder
Karine is a Pioneer in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Search Strategy. A former business lawyer and educator, Karine leverages her background in rigor, logic, and pedagogy to master the complex new world of AI-driven search. While she brings 15+ years of experience in high-stakes B2B marketing (Law, VC, Cybersecurity), her current mission is singular: helping brands migrate from traditional SEO to the new era of Answer Engines.
Since Google's pivot in May 2023, Karine has been laser-focused on decoding the mechanics of AI visibility. She translates the technical shifts of platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode into actionable strategies for businesses. She doesn't just teach content creation; she teaches content discoverability for the AI age to C-Suites Leaders. Through her GEO Masterclass and GEO Bootcamp, she equips leaders, entrepreneurs and CMOs to ensure their brand remains visible when the algorithm—not a human—is the gatekeeper.
Outside of work, Karine is a passionate runner, taekwondo and pilates enthusiast. She proudly completed her first full marathon in 4 hours and 44 minutes. She’s also a proud mom of three boys — and affectionately known as the “Queen of Lunchboxes,” having earned the coveted Best Lunchbox Meal title at her sons’ schools three years in a row.
But among all her accomplishments, one of the things she’s most proud of is this community.
