There is not enough Women in AI... according to Deloitte!
Oh really...
"Despite the surging demand for AI, at least one talent pool that could help businesses achieve their AI ambitions has remained largely untapped—women. In 2020, women represented roughly 47 percent of the US labor force.4 Furthermore, in 2019 women received the majority of graduate certificates, master’s degrees, and doctoral degrees from US institutions.5 A 2020 World Economic Forum report, however, found that women make up only 26 percent of data and AI positions in the workforce,6 while the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI’s 2021 AI Index Report found that women make up just 16 percent of tenuretrack faculty focused on AI globally.7"

Mc Kinsey report about AI destroying jobs...
This report has been around for a while but the more I read it, the more I found it accurate. Some of its findings make a lot of sense and should be reinsuring for anyone still fearing to get his job destroyed by AI.
I especially enjoyed this part of the report :
'The overall labor market will have a higher demand for social-emotional and digital skills. Although the demand for basic cognitive and manual skills is likely to decline, physical work is not going away. It may still account for just under 31 percent of time spent, driven by growth in sectors such as transportation services, construction, and healthcare'.
